  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the stated fees and any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, available at the time of purchase.

  • All content on Satdee, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Satdee Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we provide written permission otherwise.

Satdee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or statistics. We are not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, including betting or gambling decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satdee Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
